How are mock debrief generations counted?+
Each plan ships with 5 personalised subject notes plus 5 AI mock debriefs per billing period. Every mock debrief includes a personalised revision note for free. If you need more, you can top up with a £27 starter pack (15 notes + 15 debriefs) or a £45 power pack (30 notes + 30 debriefs) at any time. Top-ups never expire and stack with your subscription.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't offer a routine money-back window — please use the free sample (and, on UKMLA, the free 24-hour trial) to confirm the platform is a fit before you subscribe. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period; you can cancel renewals anytime from your dashboard. If something has gone genuinely wrong, contact support and we'll do right by you.
Can I switch or upgrade mid-plan?+
Yes. You can upgrade from the dashboard at any time and we'll prorate the remaining time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a student discount?+
