Note that the Terms and Conditions may change over time; those applicable to subscribers are those which are current and agreed to when a user subscribes. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online resellers and authorized payment processors. The specific Merchant of Record for your transaction will be indicated on your checkout page and receipt, depending on your location and the payment method selected.
Refund Processing Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Buyer Terms of the specific Merchant of Record or payment processor used for your original transaction. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@plabrevisions.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
Usage of Website
By using our website, whether as a registered user or non-registered user, you are indicating that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. Accounts are personal to the subscriber and for their sole and non-commercial home use only. Passwords and other log on details must be kept private to the user. We have the right to take action if this requirement is not adhered to including, but not limited to, immediate termination of your subscription. If you use or attempt to use the service for purposes other than personal, individual revision, including but not limited to copying questions, answers or notes, or attempt to tamper with, hack, modify or otherwise use the website in any way that is likely to compromise or corrupt the security or functionality of the service provided by PLABRevisions .Inc , your account will be terminated and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available. Whilst we will endeavor to ensure that the website availability is not interrupted, access may be restricted from time to time to allow for site maintenance or upgrade. Website availability may also be interrupted due to technical problems. Again we will always try to resolve these as soon as possible but we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damages that may result from this. If website failure occurs then we will extend user accounts by a day for every hour the website is unavailable, if this is requested.
